Why was Jurassic World released?

I’ll be honest, Jurassic had a lot going against it when it came out in 2015. The fourth installment in a movie series that was already well past its prime, the film was released amidst a wave of reboots and remakes that were dominating Hollywood. Finally, there was the elephant in the room: It was a dinosaur movie.

At the time, dinosaurs were seen as out-date and irrelevant, something for kids to learn about in history class instead of seeing on the big screen. But thanks to some strong marketing and an amazing cast led by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, Jurassic shattered box office records and became one of the most successful films of all time.

So how did Jurassic manage to break through the noise and become one of the biggest movies of all time? There are a few key reasons why this blockbuster succeeded where so many others failed. First and foremost, Jurassic World was market extremely well.

The film’s trailers were intense and suspenseful, drawing in viewers with their excitement for what was to come. Second, Jurassic World had an amazing cast. Pratt and Howard both delivered stellar performances, proving that dinosaurs could still be captivating characters on screen even after all these years. And finally,

Pros of the Movie

One of the biggest pro’s of the new Jurassic World movie is that it is a family-friendly movie. It is rated PG-13 and can be enjoy by all ages. There are no intense scenes or violence that could frighten younger viewers. The dinosaurs are also much more believable in this movie than in the other ones, which makes it more enjoyable for those who are fans of the Jurassic Park series.

Another pro is that the plot is much more interesting than in some of the other movies. The characters are more fleshed out and there are several twists and turns that keep you guessing until the very end. This makes it much more enjoyable to watch than if it were just another action movie with predictable outcomes.

Finally, one of the biggest pro’s of this movie is that it builds on the mythology of the Jurassic Park series. Fans of this series will love seeing some of their favorite characters from earlier movies make an appearance in this one.

Cons of the Movie

The Jurassic movie is a disaster and it’s not just because of the terrible acting and writing. There are also some serious cons to this film.

  1. The dinosaurs are poorly design and look like they’re out of a children’s toy box.
  2. The plot is nonsensical and makes no sense whatsoever.
  3. The action scenes are unrealistic and extremely boring.
  4. The overall atmosphere of the movie is terribly depressing, making it difficult to enjoy any of the events that take place.
